We gladly inform you that the technology we are developing has proved to work outstandingly well under cyclic operation with 600 MPa (87 000 psi) pressure. The tests were carried out in EXDIN Solutions special test bunkers. Development process is entering its final phase. It is expected that the technology will overcome major challanges, related to costs and efficiency, limiting growth in HPP food business. Commercial products will be available late 2017.
